Any motorized vehicles; ATVs, snowmobiles etc. can be driven west of CR 600 (Piedra Road). No motorized vehicles on the east side of CR 600.

This home will sleep 14 individuals in 4 king suites and 2 sets of double bunk beds with doubles on the bottom twins on the top. We will negotiate this nightly rate as long as it’s reasonable. This home is truly wonderful. There is so much to do just steps outside this home on the Reserve Park. There is cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and sledding out the back door! This home offers everything a family needs to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The kitchen has plenty to offer for any great chef, a movie room for game days and movies for kids. A kids area above the garage with a mini kitchen. This home is fantastic and truly cannot be missed. There was so much snow we could never figure out where the fire pit was, but we enjoyed the grill and outdoors just as much as the indoor beauty of it. This is truly a home to experience for yourself. I recommend this home.
An amazing place! The house is fabulous and the owner has thought of every single detail to make it the best place possible. We especially appreciated the beautiful decorated Christmas tree and the Christmas lights outside! It was truly magical. We appreciate the property management company and their employees. They came out twice to clear the snow, to answer questions and help out--they even took a family photo for us!! It was a perfect family vacation. Highly recommend this property. We want to return as soon as possible. 5 stars aren't enough!!
We rent several similar properties every year and this was by far our favorite. The house was exquisite, very unique, and in a very secluded location. The property management company went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will for sure be back!

All vehicles; boat, campers, ATVs, snowmobiles etc. need to be parked either in the 3 car garage or parking area on the property. Parking is not allowed on the street.
Please do not ride ATVs or motorcycles on public streets in the subdivision unless they are registered and have a license plate. Please do not let unlicensed individuals ride anything within this subdivision; the neighbors will call the police.
